Pay needs adjustment accordingly Job is very physical with little to no reward Management needs to stand up for the employees If you do not a have a prior friendship or no related it has become increasingly harder to move up

Very distrustful! Employees are just tools there. The Koopman family doesn't care about their employees whatsoever. They try and make you quit to save money on unemployment ins.....and if they want you gone they will fabricate a situation then use it to fire you. This isn't a joke, I would never recommend working for Koopman lumber!!!
