      Pros

      The people and culture are amazing. Your efforts are recognized and you feel valued and supported. Company goals are clear and focused, and management are approachable, so you're never 'in the dark' about what direction the business is taking. The products you get to work on are interesting and challenging.

      Cons

      Training and upskilling opportunities could be improved. Career development paths are somewhat limited depending what role you're in. Some products are reluctant to adopt modern tools & frameworks, which can be frustrating.

We have worked hard to cultivate a space as you have described and are proud of the environment it has become. We also have a lot of new development projects in the pipeline, the projects are exciting, and there are lots of opportunities to work on modern tech stacks so we are glad you mentioned that. Regarding your comments on salary, we regularly benchmark salaries against the market and usually increase salaries annually. Sometimes, depending on the situation, we do this more often. We strive to ensure we are aligned with the ever-changing market so that we can remain competitive in our industry and will continue to do so.
