Management and in particular HR Management. Of the Management that still remains it is clear they are unable to find greener pastures and self preservation is the key focus. As mentioned by other reviewers, Kordia is a company in decline and downsizing of staff seems to be the prime goal. HR Management are simply out of their depth in being able to reduce the workforce via Professional and Ethical means. The behavior is disgraceful! Would not recommend anyone to join this company.

Some of the downsides of working with Kordia are the instability as customers and projects are won or lost and if they are going through a difficult period, the management are not skilled at reducing the staff numbers in a professional manner. I couldn't honestly recommend working there now that I know how some of the staff have been treated. There are also issues with gender balance and fair pay.
