      Pros

      *Pros aren't worth it tbh Experience in managing multiple roles and developing time management skills because you will be extremely overworked Large roster of clients, both internationally and domestically

      Cons

      Awful workspace Understaffed Low wages Little benefits Toxic work environment Unreasonable demands High turnover Blatant favoritism Innapropriate comments/behaviour from owner *Not worth your time unless you like being micromanaged to the point where you can't even take your lunch break when you want to or with who you want to. *Don't work here, ever.

      Inability of leadership to lead our plan means everything is urgent. Extra hours for no extra pay. Imaginary bonus structure kneecapped by unattainable growth goals. Very fragile supply chain because of poor relationship management

      Commission rates were industry standard. Team was competitive but supportive.

      Cons

      Sales expectations were beyond reasonable. Top management was abusive and cruel, often times screaming at employees. The management culture was incredibly negative.
