Pros

I loved my on site team

Cons

AVE- If someone really wanted to blow a whistle on leadership ethics .... it would be a heavy book. There are countless behind the scenes things that make this company the worst in the industry to work for: They have a bully crew of about four people in senior leadership who seem kind at first. But these people have done and I’m sure do/said things that creates fear and low morale in the workplace. Oh and don’t speak up...if you get on their bad side- they will make your life uncomfortable and miserable. They hide things to from the residents and communities and even employees to make them look better. Even if it’s things that are dangerous.....

Pros

I don't have anything good to say about this awful company. It was the worst year of my life and wish I never accepted the job.

Cons

High stress jobs with low pay. They make promises they don't keep and fire anyone at anytime with no cause, just because you have a mind and offer opinions and solutions to improve the company. Consider yourself warned.

Pros

Pay was great for an easy job! Each property has its own culture - some better than others.

Cons

Quoted from another review - This sums up the entire experience - Upper Management consistantly speaking poorly of other employees was a true red flag and a violation of employee privacy. There is not an official HR department -just some relative who process paper work - Watch out Kormans - you could be in for a nasty law suite. "Upper management's favor is fickle at best, and based not on performance or results but rather juicy gossip or brown-nosing ability. A culture of backstabbing and junior-high nonsense is encouraged by a few key favorites while the majority of the so-called "team members" flounder under unclear and inconsistent expectations and ever-changing definitions of success. I was never so professionally miserable than during my time there, and I have never felt so happy since leaving." Very little room for advancement. Weekend and evening hours open til 7 or 8pm Never a thank you. Poor Benefits, no holidays Revolving door of employees Juicy Gossip was served on a silver platter everyday
