Pros

Flexible working from home arrangement, Location decent

Cons

If you love process for the sake of process, this is the place for you. Admin work is extremely long and tedious and record entry takes up a large portion of whatever role you are in. Often this is just being duplicated across multiple systems. Korn Ferry does not believe in their own products. No training for staff, engagement surveys are never conducted, talent assessment not used, market pay rates are ignored. These are all products and solutions, Korn Ferry asks their clients to pay thousands to millions for but refuse to use themselves for free. Blogs and webinars also reflect this, with great insight and studies on business best practices then internally strategies are conducted in the easiest, cheapest ways, often directly against what is being told to the market. Managers regularly flip flop on strategies and changes are implemented toward lower level staff with 0 notice and 0 consultation. Many colleagues I know wish to leave and are staying due to the COVID Economy.

Pros

Team I worked with and that's all

Cons

Terrible culture (hierarchical, political, partner-driven), does not act as they preach at all in none of the things they sell to clients. Salaries are totally discrepant across the organization. Leadership does not lead people. Finance drives the business. Search leaders took over high management in Advisory and they simply have no idea of the Consulting business is about. High caliber professionals are hired because of the appealing of the brand, but soon they leave because it's simply hopeless to change things the right way.
