      Spending a few years with Kotak Brand might help your CV if you do not already have big brands

      Cons

      1. Last Saturday's are working. 2. Weekends are not sacred, you'll most probably work on all weekends. 3. No work from home at all, people have quit their jobs, because even emergency WFH were not being allowed. 4. Pay is below industry average, and low for a city like Mumbai. 5. Most managers create a lot of pressure as they have pressure from above them. 6. Corp MIS, BAAT and Compliance teams are the most overworked departments, and literally have no weekends
