1. Good career opportunities for those are in earlier stages of their career. 2. Approachable senior resources with sound knowledge. 3. Funny working environment 4. Very good management with good vision- very friendly and open minded people.They listen to their employees (even though sometimes they may not accept all your suggestions :))

Cons

1. Poor infrastructure - looks like training center 2. Salary may be good if compare with other SMEs but low when compared to Infy, CTS, HCL etc. 3. No much benefits other than salary and technical growth! - Very disappointing factor

I joined this company as a junior developer and worked here for more than 7 years. Good involvment and technical exposure working closely with US and UK clients Worked on latest technologies and in Enterprise level application development. A matured company with good ethics and values. Felt more like a family, professionally managed and process oriented. Values employees and gives individual attention.

Cons

Company has grown in size and good clients but not the infrastructure. Though infrastructure is good not that modern like those seen in IT parks. However, this is not a deterrant for persons looking to build a sound career and international exposure. Saw this positvely as the the focus was being customer-centric, employee career development and active client engagement.

The company has a great work culture and team spirit. The senior management is constantly encouraging and motivating, they recognise and reward performing team members . Lot of international exposure, projects from USA and United Kingdom, lot of growth and technical knowledge on new technology, architecture and managerial training. The salary structure is quite good based on performance review and HR review. Additional incentives and bonuses are also provided. Perfomers maybe paid more than industry standards or MNCs. The product division side has oppurtunity for international travel to different countries.

Cons

I have been in company for over 5 years and had a very rewarding career so far, enjoyed the work and collegeaues. Nothing much to complain as every company has some issue or other during various phases. The company is going through growing pains. Need for more experienced resources a key.
