Join them! ;) Manpower is the biggest issue for the company, (almost all F&B usually) , but it’s impossible here. The salary package given by HR, is unfortunately below market rate but somewhat, in their delusional pea-brains, it’s amazing. The “advertised” salary for counter crews consists of the basic, allowance and OTs meaning your 13th Month bonus is lesser than what you expected since it’s only the basic. If you claimed you can’t hire anybody due to salary limitations, no. It’s because you didn’t use “heart” to find. It’s because you do not know to “scam” people into working in this company. Your main job scope, is to make photos “look good” to the higher management and bosses in our Outlet Sales Group. Oh I didn’t mention? Yeah, this company is running on scripted photos of outlets, meetings, whatever necessary to “prove” you, your team or superior did their work. Upper management are all just putting up a show, to display their “Work done”. The ones that is best at displaying, is a good management. Do they care if the Ops Team suffer? Nope. In mandarin, they like to use the term, “Think of a way”. Doesn’t matter if the request is feasible, think of a way. Doesn’t matter if the request is unreasonable, think of a way. Doesn’t matter if the request doesn’t make sense, think of a way. When you’re faced with a problem that it’s out of your power/capabilities and you wish for your superior to assist you, nope. It’s because you didn’t use your “heart” to do it. It’s because you’re using the wrong method. Guide you? Nope! Assist you? Nope! Belittle you? Yes! Do you have raging confidence that needs some toning down? Come join us! (: Everything wrong is because of you. Not the company, you. Manpower issue, YOU can’t retain staffs. Hiring issue, YOU can’t convince / lie to interviewees. OT unpaid, YOU have poor Time Management, company didn’t ask you to OT. Come join us :’)
