In my department specifically, the supervisors have a control problem. They complained about the amount of work they had to do but wouldn’t pass the work down the line to be more efficient. In general, they prefer to employ work place snitches. The more you snitch, the better they treat you.

They talk about safety. They talk a lot about safety. Don't get hurt there, they will fight the injury claim, even if it is due to an OSHA violation (guess you do that when you are a Christian company). No communication. There were times it felt like an episode of the 3 stooges. Never worked at a place where HR was so anti employee. When I called in to speak to HR, she had the receptionist screen her calls. This wasn't just me, it happened to others I talked to. They gave me a used helmet and face shield to use for the fresh air system. The thing had been falling apart, the visor would no longer lift up, and had to take the entire thing off to reply to people when they talked to me. If you kiss their butts and snitch on others, they will love you. I didn't fit in, I kept to myself and observed.
