      Pros

      Great people on the front line working to get projects done.

      Cons

      Upper management team is a joke, they prefer paperwork and report instead of results. They need to let their people spread their wings and fly instead of writing them up when they disagree. A bonus program would get them better results.

      Great management team and coworkers, excellent benefit options, fair compensation, opportunities to learn new skills, and chances to assist other locations. Excellent work/life balance!

      Wish there was no one year requirement to enroll in 401K (but that's normal for most companies)
