Pros

There are some good people working there

Cons

Lack of transparency, limited autonomy.... KAGR has the growing pains of a start up with the red tape of a large organization and non of the benefits of either. Upper management will promise the world while recruiting you and not follow through once you are here.

Pros

Being around the Patriots and the stadium was fun, especially when an event was going on. The type of work being done was exciting and really feeling like it could help make a difference in Sports on the consumer side

Cons

Different employees are treated differently, seems it depends on who you are "in" with. Not "in" with the right people? Then you're treated as such. The "in" crowd goes by a different set of rules. The toxicity of the work culture is unbearable. Although the actual content of the work is excited, if you're not willing to take on more and more without being given a promotion (or a laughable "raise" when you do finally get one) then this place isn't for you. The market value of the salary compensation is laughable. But "it's the Patriots" is what you will be told, except it's not. Individual employees were blamed for making the work environment "toxic" but (not-surprisingly), the culture didn't improve when those people left. This place brings out the worst in people. When you walk through the doors, it's as if you are expected to leave everything else at the door. You have no personal life, no personal issues or problems, you are a machine and you sit down and do the work that is piled on. There is no real vision on how to grow the company, other than "we're talking to this one or that one" but don't expect to get to know more than that.

Not a real business

Pros

Some decisions are so bad that they are funny

Cons

Imagine a combination of Theranos and Dunder Mifflin. That would be KAGR. There seems to be no actual GTM strategy and if and when you press for more details on the strategy you'll be given the smoke and mirrors show. Low pay, inconsistent benefits, no upward mobility, no path to profitability, no visibility into company metrics, no work/life balance, toxic culture, terrible location, and more.
