Different employees are treated differently, seems it depends on who you are "in" with. Not "in" with the right people? Then you're treated as such. The "in" crowd goes by a different set of rules.
The toxicity of the work culture is unbearable. Although the actual content of the work is excited, if you're not willing to take on more and more without being given a promotion (or a laughable "raise" when you do finally get one) then this place isn't for you.
The market value of the salary compensation is laughable. But "it's the Patriots" is what you will be told, except it's not.
Individual employees were blamed for making the work environment "toxic" but (not-surprisingly), the culture didn't improve when those people left. This place brings out the worst in people.
When you walk through the doors, it's as if you are expected to leave everything else at the door. You have no personal life, no personal issues or problems, you are a machine and you sit down and do the work that is piled on.
There is no real vision on how to grow the company, other than "we're talking to this one or that one" but don't expect to get to know more than that.
