They don’t provide a reference for former employees and they don’t tell people that at hire or in any policy. It’s just their habit to only share dates of employment. Your tenure means nothing to them. Highly stressful and fast paced work, everyone is overworked because they won’t maintain an adequate number of employees to support the volume of work. They reward the most the employees who stay late, give up weekends, don’t take vacation. Extremely harsh or back-stabbing feedback with no positive opportunities for coaching or constructive feedback. Formal reviews are only for attorneys. Not consistent with mgmt or policies and often change their mind depending on the squeaky wheels or to play favorites. They regularly quietly remove people from positions rather than coach and develop or redirect skills.
