Pros
Run away from this company as soon as possible. They are confidence people who make you feel like you are going to be part of a growing business, for you to later find out that they are blowing through their investors money because they don't know what they are doing.
Cons
One Founder is an absolute micro-manager and rules with an iron fist of fear. The other founder will take 2 days to figure out a problem that could take a 3 year old could solve in twenty seconds. Female founder is a great sales person/confidence woman, but you will very quickly find out that it is all smoke and mirrors. They are not paying there vendors or giving back residents security deposits. Speak to any current employee away from the family of founders and you will get the real picture.
