Great coworkers at the lower levels. Good work life balance.

Cons

Unfortunately the review are true, there is a high resistance to change or modernisation at Kratos. Even normal suggestions for improvements are shot down aggressively by management and pursued by HR, making for a less than pleasant and constructive atmosphere.

Very little is expected of you.

Cons

From workplace culture to technology, everything is woefully outdated and there is desire to change. The workforce consists of people who have spent there entire career here or graduates they have managed to corrupt to their ways who don’t know anything different. If you come in with a different perspective you are in for a rough time.

Small company vibe, opportunity to push yourself if willing. Lots of nice people. Science

Cons

Lack of interest in training, progression, and team building. The MD is a bully, and shouts at people in meetings. Top down the management do not seek out progress and improvement in process. There is a lot of politics here
