What to say about con’s.Every thing is con here. If you See any 5 star review they are fake. 1. No Policies 2. Don’t have any culture, worst part is that HR also don’t have any authority to say their point. 3. What to say about managers. They do not have any skills . Even they don’t have proper knowledge about GitHub. 4. Company used to say flexible office timing. But In timing is starts from 9 to 10am but no out timing. There expectation is empoyee should work for 10-12 hr. 5. Initially 1.5 year employ feel like labour. Only Sunday off for fresher. For 2 year Saturday You have work. 6. Internal Politics are too much. If any one know that you have good set of knowledge and u can have good growth in future. Managers and leads starts to pull tour legs and starts to play politics. 7. If any one want to grow in krawler they should have the skills of buttering. 8. No Infrastructure. 9. Systems are of poor quality with low configration. 10. Never given the appriciation about good work. 11. No outing is there. One in year you go for team lunch in worst restaurant. 12. Appraisal is in a year for seniors. For fresher in 1.5 year. Most of the time appraisal is very low. If given then lot of amount kept as bonus. 13. Never gifts are given. 14. What to say about parking. Very Small parking. Every day a new part of your vehicle is broken. 15. Employee don’t have authority to take their own leaves. They have to request to manager with very strong reasons. 16. Forget about personal life when u join Krawler. 17. Huge Lay off without any reason. 18. Notice period is of 3month. And it is not negotiable. 19. They will torture. In you notice period. 20. Fresher on every Saturday have to work without Ac. As a fresher u don’t have rights to On AC. AC can only be ON for Superior.
