I was barely trained before they sent me out to do serious technical work, then acted shocked when something went wrong. There was no structured onboarding, no clear expectations, and no ongoing support once you were out in the field. I had to rely on coworkers who were also confused and overwhelmed. It set us all up for failure, and leadership just blamed individuals when they were the ones who failed to prepare us.
There are a lot of great co-workers and talented minds.
Cons
Worst professional environment ever seen in my experience. The politics in this organization is worse than any other companies I worked in. Once you're in, you see the favorite within the business group teams. Those who do go above and beyond get compensated less than those who talk about everything they do. If they don't like you, you are treated like a doormat, rarely recognized and way underpaid compared to other companies. I would not recommend working at Krazan to my worst enemy.
