      Pros

      Columbus area is a nice area to live.

      Cons

      Incestuous company where nepotism abounds. Owners have no loyalty even to the most dedicated employees but they cover it very well until you're next. No one there has any respect for boundaries and managers and employees are allow to run rough shot over other people jobs, without consequence.

      Nice area to live in.

      Cons

      Co-workers feel free to violate boundaries and interfere in other peoples jobs. Frequent conflicts due to this. Management encourages or ignores this behavior.

      Big brand names, smart people, institutional hurdles

      paid weekly (but that's also strange/old-school); generally smart people

      Cons

      No standard agency systems, no project management systems, no real time management systems, no true accounting systems (all expenses are done manually with receipts; accounting doesn't generate billing/invoices, soft and hard billing doesn't exist - account management creates billing in spreadsheets); benefits are delayed 60 days; insurance is high deductible plan with HSA option; vesting schedule for 401K is very extended and discourages investment unless you plan to spend 6+ years at company.
