      Pros

      General Shift time. They have good clients. Good Incentives.

      Cons

      Management is worst, they will start managing your personal life as well, base pay is not good, work pressure, leave policy is worst, they don't care about their employees. No job security at all. Pathetic work culture. No work life balance. Just dont join if you don't want to ruin your career. There are many options in the market like them.

      Evening snacks. Colleagues are fine as compared to the management.

      Cons

      Narcissistic company. Work culture is full of harassment and pressure. Work for extra hours with no pay for the same. Horrible and harrassful management. Fixed login time but not fixed logout time. No work life balance. No work appreciation. High attrition rate due to company culture. Employees treated as donkeys.
