A very flexible, open and meritocratic working environment with opportunities to grow. Product getting better and better by the day with a super committed team working on developments. Getting much better at understanding the needs of potential clients and delivering a top-class product. Good benefits and pay.
Cons
Flexibility and autonomy might not be for people who are used to a lot of process and direction.

Pros
Revolutionary products with a vision to transform the construction and property industries. It is amazing to be part of something that would actually have the power to change things when it takes off. It's great to work with geniuses and to work with teams internationally.
Cons
It's a hard sell because the construction industry is unwilling to change, which can be frustrating.
