      Pros

      Kress offers free health insurance for the employee and his or her family if the employee is not a tobacco user.

      Cons

      Job opportunities will be offered to you within the company and then will not be followed through, management skills poor, organization poor, planning horrible.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great people. Builds amazing machines.

      Cons

      Poor raise schedule. Poor raise amounts. Raises are not based on performance or departments overlooked. Lack of praise when needed. Only smoke break is lunch. Ceiling Leaks leaving some work areas wet. HR doesn't always have the answers needed. Excelling doesn't get you anywhere because most supervisors/managers don't pay attention or can't because they are too busy for individuals.

      Pros

      Kress is a smaller company so you really get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects if you desire. Job can be as interesting or boring as you want.

      Cons

      In a very small town with nothing to do. Overtime was mandatory on multiple occasions. The job was was very demanding during those times.
