Pros

Made some good friends there

Cons

The management just want your blood, no matter what you give it's never enough so you're just expected to do more. They don't care about your work life balance, I saw lots in the department pummelled into the ground and the passion driven out of them. Myself included. Ran and never looked back.

Pros

I once received a water bottle.

Cons

Disorganised and amateurish at the strategic level, which filters down through a stagnant management structure to create an unnecessarily stressful environment within which to work. Retarded in attitude towards sustainability and social responsibility yet through an unstylish pair of heavily rose-tinted glasses see themselves to be a progressive, forward thinking firm by belatedly adopting 21st century working practices. Struggling to attract and retain talented staff for good reason - people feel undervalued, under-utilised and uninspired within just a few months of employment.

Pros

There were a few nice people and some fab clients but not many other pros.

Cons

*Unrealistic expectations put on team but even when voiced management didn’t listen nor care. *Hybrid working…..sounds good but only applies so a select few. *Part timers hugely discriminated against and singled out. *Confidential and sensitive information (including personal health information and appraisal scores) discussed freely. *Very much a “if you face fits” culture. *Decisions for promotions biased and unfair whilst others who work much harder are barely recognised. *A toxic culture within the team but stirred up and led by management. *First time in a work setting I experienced bullying. *HR aware but powerless to fix things.
