Horrible Human Resources, Look for any reason to give you points/take away vacation days, every few months they want to cut your benefits/perks but at same time want to continue to increase your work load, many people thrown into positions without proper training, this makes it harder for maintenance because you essentially have to do your job and help run the lines.
