Proper salary increment on not given Gives fake commitments work environment not good No planning on Projects. unplanned deadlines, lots of work pressure Management does partiality between their employees Employees are not treated professionally as per their designation No value of employee Demotivates and frustrates the employee

Cons

Worst company to work with. The company won't even know which employee should we hire for which designation. I am a functional consultant and was hired to do some pathetic end-user work on excel.
