nothing here just cheating company

intially they offered me the job with a package and knowing my situation they bargained salary.after all i agreed for less pay nothing professional wawy the didnt send me any documents simply sent to client place.next day only i got contract. salary they didnt paid me until 15 of month ,paid me after i raised issue . the last month salary they are not updating also,so far not paid. cheating company do accept offers.

Falls promises and never pay the salary. Unprofessional behaviour and very casual attitude once the employee join.

Zero Pros, yes would like to highlight one thing they would promise anything to get the employee join and later the promises are like words written on water.

Cons

1. The promises made at the time of hiring is never followed. 2. Never pay salary on time drag it to mid of the month 3. They Make sure that the employees get into trouble if they trust them and travel aboard for job 4. Never pay the settlements and provide the documents authenticated 5. Make fun of the employee and make disgusting statement

They provide suitable salary range.

Cons

The recruiters / HR are very unprofessional. After the offer is accepted by the candidate, their attitude towards them changes and they talk as per their mood. If the employee wishes to leave the company early, not only the HR misbehaves, it might happen that they don't provide the last month's salary + experience letter + relieving letter. It is really tough to decide who owns the company, is it the recruiters / HR or CEO . I will never recommend anyone to join this company.
