Inspite of working for couple of years , there is no increment, not even equal to inflation rate , if you work here you are just slave. No increment == No motivation.
They should atleast consider how expensive it is to live in pune.
There is huge gap between the salary for same designation .
One to one with manager does not involve anything about increment , just title change.

well the company give very hard pressure of work which is fine but stealing credit is in their culture. sometimes i think old emplyees just doen;t careabout company they just give you all their work and they just do timepass. imp thing they do not like mistakes. overall we can say toxic culture. some managers and team leads should learn how to manage teams. one deparment is heaven and other is hell's hell. if you got in hell then just leave
