Pros

The regular techs and engineers were good people, but afraid of CEO retaliation.

Cons

CEO takes payment from clients, then uses those monies for "other" projects or to finally buy materials needed for previous projects. Example, a well known Flight Rescue company had purchased a data backup array. It was well over a year before they actually received said product, due to the money given by that client was spent "elsewhere" for other projects or even personal ends. Similiar incidents also happened with other numerous customers, including a large Muffler and Brake business. CEO berates good employees when he has failed living up to client expectations with verbal abuse and threats of lawsuits if you resign, but to also "blackball" you from the local "IT community" Pay - Under the Market average

Pros

Very flexible, family orientated company. Pay was fair. Management works with employees as much as possible for time flexability. Benefits started as promised. Customer accounts were fun to work with.

Cons

Too much work to do with not enough people to help.
