Not at all a good company, treatment is really bad, hire and fire policy. Checks your screen time.

CEO/ team lead/ manager(all are the same person) totally harass their employees, gives no respect or motivation. Worst working environment. Cut off the salary based on tracking time. Keeps track of every single minute. Invasion of privacy because of the tracker. Micro management. CEO himself recruits without taking any rounds, CEO himself releases salary, CEO is the tech/team leader. CEO has no technical knowledge. No seniors in the team to help out. No guidance on the project, just demotivates the employee if work not done. Never join this company if one still wants their mental peace. No benefits or compensation. No personal/professional life balance .
