Management is horrendous. Pay is horrendous. It’s a mixture of micro-management and no management all together. Nobody works well together because management does not trust people to do their jobs. No career development HR does not listen/ act on concerns of workers

This company provides a highly toxic workplace and horrendous management. -Management had no trust or confidence in staff members, leading to constant micromanagement, being belittled and undermined by management. Many members of staff brought this up to HR however well known problem people are not addressed about their behaviour. -Most staff have no trust for HR. -Lack of career progression or developing new skills within the company. -The pay is horrendous and does not reflect the damage this place does to your mental health.
