Pros

Access to high speed cameras and other camera accessories

Cons

Management only listens to their friends, who badmouths people. Most managers or senior people are very judgy, talks bad things behind peoples back and tend to blame others (even past employees) for their bad decisions, scope creep and project shelving. There is no clear strategy to compete with other companies in the market and extremely slow progress because of bad communication and decision making. People get fired like anything and management do not have any compassion to employees, management is bunch of people without any management certification or experience. Even engineers are not professionals, they are just hobbyist who think they know everything. People use bunch of random tools meant for totally different thing than what they use it for (as hobbyists would do, who don't have experience).

Pros

Kron has a supportive work environment with lots of opportunities for personal growth. Good work/life balance, and a management team who cares about the wellbeing of their employees.

Cons

Its a small company, so resources aren't always abundant.
