Pros
Management Team genuinely cares about the team. They take the time to listen and are open to improvement ideas. They are focused on work/life balance which doesn’t always happen in the technology industry. It’s nice having a hybrid approach to the office so you don’t have to go in all 5 days a week. Overall, I enjoy going to work everyday.
Cons
None are that are big enough or worrisome to note.

Pros
Excellent benefit package - insurance, 401k with company match, paid time off and more. The leadership team genuinely cares about the total compensation package and creating a workplace that is supportive of the employee AND their families. Flexible work hours and remote work options are just a few examples.
Cons
Could benefit from more standardized processes in some areas.
