Pros
Nice building, no more pros
Cons
The company is not paying overtime. However, management requires you to work extra for free. The salary is not good enough. Sadly, after an employee quits because he does not agree with the overtime, the manager will try to sabotage your professional career. Other companies will refuse to hire you because they receive a call from Kruger. You can get lunch at the company premises but you'll receive a discount on your salary even if you don't take lunch. There's no more option than accept the Kruger style if you're already an employee. People are forced to be happy especially during performance reviews. If you are not happy, you won't get a promotion or a better salary. There are tools in the company laptops that are tracking that the employee is moving the mouse or something. If the laptop stays untouched by a while, you'll receive a call questioning why you're not working (even if you go to the restroom and you forget to stop the monitor for this reason).
