Pros
Management believe in a healthy work life balance and assist wherever possible. Always placing their staff first and as a team everyone has each others back. Being a smaller company, but growing every year, we are more of a family then a business group. Fun times and always getting together for our weekly catch ups.
Cons
We talk too much - we are never quiet and the HR manager is the instigator
