      Pros

      A lot to learn at this former startup. Anyone with background in data analysis and advertising would benefit from working here.

      Cons

      Marketing department needed nurturing, as the product was stellar but needed to be communicated to more marketers.

      Pros

      the atmosphere in the early stages was extremly good, besides massive workloads.You had extremely clever and challenging co-workers which made it fun to work with.

      Cons

      The lack of transparency around leadership decisions and overall strategy made is tricky to see the bigger picture and understand the overall direction the company was heading. Questioning this and/or the (non-existing/not shared strategy) was not well perceived by senior management.

      Pros

      This company is always on the move. Doesn't sit on its laurels and continuously innovates. No ambition is big enough... Rewards people who make it happen.

      Cons

      Consumes you day and night... There isnt a cushy job in the organisation. It demand people to stand up and be accounted for.
