The lack of transparency around leadership decisions and overall strategy made is tricky to see the bigger picture and understand the overall direction the company was heading. Questioning this and/or the (non-existing/not shared strategy) was not well perceived by senior management.
This company is always on the move. Doesn't sit on its laurels and continuously innovates. No ambition is big enough... Rewards people who make it happen.

Consumes you day and night... There isnt a cushy job in the organisation. It demand people to stand up and be accounted for.
