Pros

I’ve had an amazing number of years working at Ksubaka. I work with intelligent, fast-paced people that are always looking at innovative ways to work smarter. I am constantly exposed to a huge variety of projects and quickly gained a lot more experience than most industry roles would allow. The company has a great positive attitude to people development and does try to help and support its employees whatever way they can which is a very positive and uplifting environment to work and thrive in. Small structure Good communication between departments, teamwork and transparency Project ownership and freedom of execution Flexible work from home initiative

Cons

None so far, my experience has been very positive

Pros

- lovely, humane, non-corporate environment - startup culture except with actual paying customers - friendly competent colleagues - decent code quality without nasty surprises - no silos, developers can closely follow sales activities - best coffee machine from any company I worked for

Cons

- located in west London unlike most tech startups
