The work culture at Ksubi was extremely toxic and draining. The combination of micromanagement, excessive workload, lack of support as well as several other issues made it an extremely difficult place to thrive. The company showed little understanding of work-life balance. Long hours and weekends often became the norm without any appreciation for the extra effort. I would not recommend this company to other creatives looking for a positive, empowering, and balanced work environment.

The team is super friendly, there is a great atmosphere in the office. The business is growing and that brings lots of opportunities to the employees to grow, expand within their areas and learn new things.
Cons
Due to the nature of the business, priorities might change rapidly, but this is expected from a business that is growing at this speed.
