Pros
Friendly and knowledgeable people serving as the backbone of the company
Cons
Management is increasingly inept at handling finances and people. Turnover is high across all levels and teams constantly have to be reorganized as a result. Key team members have left while layoffs come at seemingly random intervals (result of company hiring in waves then not knowing how to balance teams/budgets). Upper management will say one thing and you think they're transparent, then their actions go completely in the opposite direction. Not very trustworthy and unable to be direct.

Good pay, pretty good benefits - this is how they get ya! there are some really great people working at the lower levels of the company - smart, kind folks with great attitudes.
Cons
Beware the giant egos and dysfunction at the top level. they try and hide it, but it comes out eventually and gets in the way of the company being as successful as they could actually be.
