      Pros

      You receive a paycheck. You obtain good experience. Firm retreats. Some coworkers are pleasant, typically they are associates.

      Cons

      The longer you work as an associate at this firm, the steeper your billable hour requirement will increase.... until it is physically impossible to even remotely come close to the requirement.

      Cons

      Poor Management, Evil Coworkers (far from team players), No overtime but plenty of work, negative office environment lots of gossiping and majority done by attorneys.
