Unlimited vacation time. Other than that, no pros to working at Kubient

Countless cons; Unengaged leadership team, unimpressive technology, undifferentiated product, NOTHING SPECIAL here!! Kubient is a business that can’t seem to get out of it’s own way. This company is a very poorly planned startup that should never have gone public.

supportive environment. very strong work/life balance. making a difference in a huge industry.
Cons
the workload is intense and you are sometimes asked to do more than your job description. startup environment with hiccups in insurance coverage. lots of unhealthy snacks
