      Pros

      Good Pay, Good Mobility within the company, employee driven culture. Structure feels relatively flat and responsive. I feel comfortable talking to anyone at Kudu.

      Experience can vary depending on the team you are on.

      * Good compensation * Smart coworkers who make the workplace really fun * Culture of only going after work engineers find interesting * Company encourages good work/life balance * Management provides employees a high degree of transparency into operations, business development, and finance I think a lot of Kudu's great culture and engineer retention stems from the fact that we're 100% employee owned.
