Pros
Very little hassle, if you are a good teacher you will get fixed students. Great support from study advisors. Good lesson plans.
Cons
If you miss a lesson without giving 8 hours notice you will be fined double. This includes when your power goes out. Difficult to maintain the KPI score to earn your bonus ( i alway seem to miss it by one point which doesn't motivate me to try harder anymore since I can never seem to reach it.

I think one of the best things about working for Kukuspeak is the staff; they have an incredibly laid-back, friendly set of people that are really nice to work with - in fact, perhaps the nicest I've ever had the privilege of working with. Kukuspeak is a very small company, which results in a very nice atmosphere.
Cons
Due to what seems to be a very huge amount of hiring new teachers, combined with the smallness of the company, work really slowed down about a year ago. A lack of work is why I left. The pay is also very low compared to other online ESL companies.
