Pros
salary increment is moderate, continuous projects, better for fresher first 3 year is ok,please plan to switch for some other company for better salary,highly recommended for freshers, fresher have better learning oppurtunity.
Cons
please change after 3 years medium level package compare to market saturday,sunday sometime we need to work. force termination is there if no project is available at worst case .but maximum they will keep you.
