Pros
Kumu has a great atmosphere of hard working people who enjoy their work. The full duplex problem involves system architects, software engineers, RF hardware, lots of testing, digital hardware engineers, firmware, and a cat herder. Kumu is a fun place to work with many open discussions and an atmosphere of everyone working together.
Cons
I haven't found any cons. Some might consider the open office distracting at times. Sometimes there is more work than hours in a day but that comes with a startup.
