The educational trips are great. You get to see some beautiful countries and stay in some lovely hotels.

Cons

Unrealistic targets (unless you make working for Kuoni and hitting your targets your life) Kuoni will infiltrate your work life balance with excessive workloads which is fine but your pay won't represent the amount or work you do. Pressure filled work environment. Working 8 hour days and only being allowed a half hour lunch break, being forced to wear a dress and high heels. Being contacted on your days off.
