      Great people to work with

      Pros

      There are many people with a wealth of knowledge and experience from across the globe. The best part is that it is open communication. Also, the work-life balance seems good. Although it really depends on your manager.

      Cons

      Not many work benefits or even bonuses if you go above and beyond. Individual career progression is self driven. They do not have a program to improve individuals professionally or clear pathway for growth. You will have to do this on your own.

      Working in IT here is horrible

      Pros

      A couple of the co-workers are good to work with, except management.

      Cons

      Don't work in IT here. Very micromanaged. Management appears to take pride in creating a hostile work environment, If you give advice, you will be talked down to. IT Contractors are treated like garbage, and abused to wits end. Core team will go play on the company dime, and make the Contractors stay back and be responsible for everything while they are gone. A lot of homophobic and racists remarks are constantly made in Teams, and calls. Management allows use of company funds to purchase equipment for personal gain.
