Upper Management is super unprofessional, doesn't keep promises, and unethical.
Whatever they promise you or tell you will receive, don't expect them to keep their word on it. They underpay people, but tell people what they offer will let them live a happy stable life which is incorrect. Also, their workers play around majority of the time and the upper management people join in as well.
