Pros

mostly good co-workers occasional snacks and beverages (I literally have no other pros, but glassdoor wont let me post without 5 words)

Cons

Truthfully - and I mean this with my whole being - this place is terrible. In the interview process, they stress about how they have an amazing company culture (like one big family), with an abundance of snacks, beverages, and monthly get-togethers. This is far from the truth. Management has the admins ration the snacks and beverages, and then LITERALLY lock up the rest of the stock. Management is really strict on the snack spending and splits the snacks between other locations despite the fact that other locations have more employees. Management only cares if the food/beverages they like are in stock at their location and will even remove things off the list so they can purchase the more expensive items for themselves. To add insult to injury, they even go as far to say that the employees that inquire about the snacks or request different snacks are ungrateful or selfish. Its despicable. In regards to the work - this place is so extremely disorganized and has little to no processes or procedures in place. There were so many times, where the lack of communication and organization would cost the company double or triple the cost because of their inability to handle things in a timely manner. I'm not sure why or how, but it seems like a lot of the decisions are made through ONE person on the management team. It's perplexing and concerning that the CEO puts so much trust and clout on someone who is so young and inexperienced. In my limited time there, they had hired several new (and highly experienced) managers, and each time they tried to change something or put something in place, they had to go through that one person - each proposal seemed dead in the water. Needless to say, most of those newly hired managers quit and hadn't even been working there a full three months. I don't know how the company can expect to grow under these conditions.

Pros

the parties are fun snacks but always run out

Cons

LOW PAY. Most employees live check to check. we have to drive to the main office because they dont have direct deposit and wait. when you live check to check and barely have enough gas to get there it isnt fair. everyone hates there job and are always worried about getting fired. looked down on if you dont work thru lunch or go get food away from work. no way to move up. its a dead end job you have to quit or get fired or be tight with the family that runs the comapny,

Pros

I have years of experience working in both start-up company settings and larger structured corporations, but I personally have grown the most since I have worked here. I have been here for over a year and witnessed a lot of change in a short amount of time, but in my personal opinion, it is more a reflection of the industry and the type of unsavory characters that sneak through the ranks. Here are my top pros here: - premium brand - team environment - ability to contribute a lot, if you want to - motivated and passionate employees (most of the negative reviews were left by people who expected to coast, eat snacks, gossip and collect paychecks in lieu of learning and developing into an invaluable team member) - health benefits - science-backed - best in class design team

Cons

Every company has its challenges, and I'm not a shill so I'll list some of the opportunities for growth. - Retention - this place is not for everyone, so again, some people who come from larger companies may have expected more structure, or a manager to protect them from what little work they have been doing (the posers get exposed quickly) but we loyal employees are always the one who have to pick up the slack or listen to a new manager try to spew his or her past company's rah-rah mantra at us. I'm sorry that their bubble will eventually burst, because the same formula to success may not work everywhere. - The snacks and meals used to flow abundantly, now we have to buy our own protein shakes, which is a harsh first world reality for some of us. - Hard work and good ideas can slip through the cracks and resurface later, when a manager decides that it was their idea all along
