      Your working in your house and the company pay the internet

      Cons

      You will never have a salary increase, they never answered whether or not you could ask for a salary increase and finally they fired 40 people from technical areas the same week, the day they announced hiring a person for culture

      Great place to start to code and learn but not to stay.

      - Great dev team to work. - You'll learn about AWS Ecosystem. - Access to Udemy learning platform. - Interesting stack and frameworks to code (ts, golang, react, rxjs, serverless...). - Access to top application monitoring tools in the market. - Licenses for professional IDEs and tools. - Remote. - Health insurance. - Internet connection fee support. - 1/2 day free every friday. - Ergonomic utilities. - They provides PC.

      Cons

      - They don't offer competitive salaries for technical positions. - Synchronic remote, you have to stay connected to a meet all day to show your availability. - You have to report hours worked in every day. - Low recognition to engineering staff in the company. - Low opportunities to growth and poorly defined paths to do it. - There isn't talent retention initiatives or interest to keep the tech talent. - RRHH staff have low expertise about how to deal with culture in startups/scale ups and unicorns. - RRHH used to avoid request to improve the salary and benefits for the employees.
