Extremely passionate people, but be prepared to work extremely autonomously
Pros
Everyone there is very passionate about Web3 and Decentralization, incredibly intelligent, and very cool to talk and hangout with. Kwil is building a really cool product that has a ton of potential. Good pay and benefits.
Cons
Very steep learning curve. My position was expected to work very autonomously, yet I was expected to be in the office 5 days per week even though there really wasn't much collaboration due to the nature of my role (Front-End Focused). It would have made more sense for my position to be hybrid. Since it was a startup, the expectations were extremely high, but there wasn't much communication and transparency about my performance until it was "too late" to keep me. Granted, they were looking for someone more senior, but decided to give me a chance anyways.
