There are no significant shortcomings. I don't want to complain about little things.

Well-established processes. There are sick pay and vacation pay. The pay is fair and always on time. Perfect place.

Pros

Kyivstar has grate Digital department with a lot of cool and professional people and this is a good opportunity for a career start. Salary motivation and companies policies are also very good.

Cons

A lot of bureaucracy in Kyivstar between the different departments, technical luck in Product Team leads to overloading some parts of an engineering team. In Kyivstar is a present employee turnover and by some key position.

Social package, people in digital department

Cons

High bureaucracy, a lot of monkey job, and long processes to deliver something new. The process of setup experiments is so long and difficult.
